Ready to get started? If you have decided that the speakeasy German private
lessons are the right format for you and you are ready to sign up, you have two options of
doing so: The easiest way to sign up is to use our course configurator at the bottom of this
page. After you booked your private lesson package or your trial lesson, we will contact you
per email to discuss your availability, your German level, and the favoured focus of your
lessons.
Alternatively, we would of course be happy to welcome you in person at the school! Here, we

Sometimes it's good to be able to concentrate on yourself and your own language learning needs. This is exactly what our Private Lessons offer you! Here you choose the topics, set the pace and enjoy the undivided attention of one of our speakeasy teachers. At the beginning, you discuss your personal goals and decide together how you want to structure your Private Lessons.
Our Private Lessons can be scheduled for anytime between 9:00 and 20:00 on Mondays to Thursdays, or between 9:00 and 18:00 on Fridays. You can even arrange the exact dates directly with your teacher. Our Private Lessons are therefore the ideal option if our regular group course times do not fit into your schedule.
Private Lessons are also perfect for covering or consolidating specific topics, learning at your own pace or preparing for an exam. Your speakeasy teacher is experienced in teaching complex structures in a simple and easy-to-understand way, as well as compiling work material that is tailored to your needs. Many of our teachers are also telc examiners and markers – so if you want to improve your written expression or practise an oral presentation, you are welcome to do this with a teacher who is very familiar with telc examinations and can give you valuable tips.
Depending on your individual goals, our Private Lessons can either be an alternative to our group courses, or the perfect complement. If you want to step up your German learning, take a look at our Intensive Course or Semi-Intensive/Evening Course.
Or maybe you'd like to learn or brush up on a language other than German? That's an excellent idea, learning languages keeps us mentally fit and brings us together with other people! Are you planning a trip to Spain and want to get around easily? Do you have to give an important presentation in English at work and want to prepare yourself linguistically? Or have you met a nice person from France and want to impress them with a few sentences in their language? This is also possible with our Private Lessons! With 60 or 90 minutes per lesson, your goal is within reach!

We offer you a basic package of four dates - you can decide whether you would like to have 60 or 90 minutes per lesson. For longer-term bookings, we recommend the ten-lesson package.
